Prayer

Father, make me the same man in the dark that I am in the light. Strip away the performance and leave only what is true.

Scripture

He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out.

Proverbs 10:9 WEB

Words of Jesus

But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes’ and your ‘No’ be ‘No.’ Whatever is more than these is of the evil one.

Matthew 5:37 WEB

Proverbs

The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge; but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 1:7

Truth

You cannot be one person at work and another at home. The fracture will show. Jesus sets the bar simple: say yes or no and stop there. Everything else is cover for a man who has already begun to lie. Walk straight. The world will know who you are because you are always who you are.

Updated every morning.

This is what opens your morning when you sign up.

Daily Fire

A prayer, a passage, a word from Jesus, a line from Proverbs, a truth to carry. Fresh every morning. Under a minute to read.

Paul

Your guide through scripture. He knows what you have read, what stopped you, and where you are pressing in. The more you bring him, the more he knows.

The Word

All sixty-six books. Every chapter. Read at your pace, mark what stops you, build a record of your walk over time.

The enemy's primary weapon is the mind.
The free man's weapon is the Word.

The Wild Horse

The wild horse runs across the high plain at dawn. He answers to nothing. He was made for the mountains. The other horse stands in the pasture with his head down. The fence is low. He could clear it before breakfast. He waits for the next command. He has forgotten he was made for something more. The American mind is the second horse. Freed exists to recover the first.
